Jumma ka bayan – Jumma farz ain hai iski farziyat zuhar se jayada moakkad hai iska munkar kafir hai hadees sharif me hai jisne 3 jumme barabar chhod de usne islam ko peethh ke pichhe fenk diya voh munafiq hai voh
allah se be-ilaqa hai jumma padhne ke liye 6 shartein (condition) hai ke agar in me se koi shart na payi gai to jumma hoga hi nahi aaiye jane ki jumma ki kaun-kaun si shart hoti hai…

(1) Shart masro finaye ka bayan – Jumma ka bayan –
Masr se voh jagah murad hai jisme motadad koche aur bajar ho aur voh zila ya pargana ho ke uske mutalliq
dehat se gine jate ho aur waha koi hakim ho ke apne dabdaba
voh sataut ke sabab se mazlum ka insaf zalim
se le sake yani insaf par puri quwat voh kudrat ho agar bhale
na-insafi karta aur badla na leta ho fanaye masr
se voh jagah murad hai jo masr ke aas-pas masr ki maslahato
ke liye ho jaise kabristan ghod-daud ka maidan
, fauz ki rehne ki jagah , kachari station ke ye chizein shahar se bahir ho to finaye masr me inka shumar hai
aur waha jumma jayez hai lihaza jumma ya shahar me padha jaye ya
unke kasba me ya un ki fana me aur
gaao me jayez nahi masr ke liye waha hakim ka rehna zaruri hai
agar batur daura waha aa gaya to voh jagah
masr na hogi waha jumma kayem kiya jayega gaaon ka rehne wala shahar me aaya aur jumma ke din yahi
rehne ka irada hai to jumma farz hai.

Kya shahar me kai jagah jumma ho sakta hai ?
Ji haan shahar me kai jagah jumma ho sakta hai chahe shahar chhota ho ya bada aur jumma do masjidon me
ho ya jayada me magar bila jarurat bahut si jagah jumma qayem na
kiya jaye ke jumma shaair islam se hai aur
jame jamaat hai aur bahut se masjidon me hone se voh shaukat
islami baki nahi rehti jo iztema me hoti nez
dafa harz ke liye tadad jayez rakha gaya hai to khawa makhawa
jamaat jamaat par ganda karna aur mohalla-
mohalla jumma qayem karna chahiye. Namaj ke makroohat bayan –
Jumma kaun qayem kar sakta hai ? Jumma ka bayan –
Aur ek bahut jaruri baat jis ki taraf logo ko bilkul tawazzah nahi ye hai ke jumma ko aur namazon ki tarah
samajh rakha hai ke jisne chaha naya jumma qayem kar liya aur
jisne chaha padha diya ye na-jayez hai is liye
ke jumma qayem karna badshah islam ya uske nayeb ka kaam hai
aur jaha saltanat islami na ho waha jo
sabse bada aalim faiqya sunni sahil aqeedah ho voh ahkam
shareeya jari karne me sultan islam ke qayem
makam hai lihaza wahi jumma qayem kare bagair uski ijazat ke nahi
ho sakta aur agar ye bhi na ho to aam log
jisko imam banaye lekin aalim ke hote huye awam batur khud
kisi ko imam nahi bana sakte na ye ho sakta
hai ke 2-4 shakhs kisi ko imam mukarrar kar le aesa jumma kahi se sabit nahi.
(2) Shart badshah ka bayan –
Badshah usse murad sultan islam ya uska nayeb hai jisko sultan ne jumma qayem karne ka huqm diya sultan
adil ho ya zalim jumma qayem kar sakta hai yun hi agar
zabardasti badshah ban baitha yani shar-an usko haq
imamat na ho maslan kurshi na ho ya aur koi shart na ho
to ye bhi jumma qayem kar sakta hai.
(3) Shart waqt ka bayan –
Jumma ka waqt waqt zuhar hai yani jo waqt zuhar ka hai us
waqt ke andar jumma hona chahiye to agar
jumma ki namaz me bhale tashad ke bad asr ka waqt aa gaya to jumma batil ho gaya zuhar ki kaza padhe.
(4) Shart khutba ka bayan –
Jumma ke khutba ke shart ye hai ke waqt me ho aur namaz se pehle ho aur aesi jamaat ke samne ho jo
jumma ke liye jaruri hai yani kam se kam khatib ke siwa 3 mard ho
aur itni aawaz se ho ke pas wale sun sake
agar koi amar mana na ho to agar zawal se pehle khutba padh
liya ya namaz ke bad padha ya tanha padha ya
aurton bachho ke samne padha to in sab suraton me jumma na hua khutba aur namaz me agar jayada fasla
ho jaye to voh khutba kafi nahi.
Khutba kise kehte hai ? Jumma ka bayan –
Khutba zikr ilahi ka name hai lihaza agar sirf ek bar alhamdullillah ya subhanallah ya la ilaha illalah kaha to
farz ada ho gaya lekin khutba ko itna mukhtasar karna makrooh hai
sunnat ye hai ke do khutbe padhe jaye
aur bade-bade na ho agar dono milkar tawal mufassal
se badh jaye to makrooh hai khasusan sardi me.
Khutba me kya chiz sunnat hai ?
Apko malum hoga khutba me chand chizen sunnat hai –
- Khatib ka pak hona
- khada hona
- Shuru khutba se pehle khatib ka baithna
- Khatib ka mimbar par hona
- Aur sameen ki taraf munh aur kibla ki taraf peethh kiye rehna
- Hazreen ka imam ki taraf matwazzah rehna
- khutba se pehle aauzbillah aahista se padhna
- Itni buland aawaz se khutba padhna ke log sune
- Alhamd se shuru kare aur allah ajowazl ki sana karna
- Allah tala ki wahid niyat aur rasullallah sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam ki risalat ki shahadat dena huzur par durood bhejna
- Kam se kam ek ayat ki tilawat karna
- Pehle khutba me waaz vo nasihat hona
- Dusre me hamd sana aur shahadat vo durood ka aadah karna
- Aur dusre musalmano ke liye dua karna
- Dono khutbe halke hona
- Dono khutbo ke darmiyan bakdar 3 ayat padh ke baithna
- Mustahab ye hai ke dusre khutba me aawaz ba-nisbat
- pehle ke pust ho aur khaulfaye rashedeen vo ameen
- makrumeen hazrat hamza aur abbas
- radiallahu tala anhum ka zikr ho
Behtar ye ho ke Alhumdullillahe nahmaduhoo vo nasteenuhu vo nastagfiruhoo vo naumenoo behi vo
natwakkalu alaihi vo nauzbillahe min shurure anfusena w min
saiaate amaalena mai yahdee-illahu fala
mudillah lahu v mai yudillahu fala hadee ya lahu va nash-hadu
allailaha illallahu wadahu la sharika lahu va
nash-hadu anna saiyedna va maulana mohammadan abduhu vo rasuluhu.
Murad agar imam ke samne ho to imam ki taraf munh kare aur
dahine baye ho to imam ki taraf mud jaye aur
imam se kareeb hona afzal hai magar ye jayez nahi ke imam se
kareeb hone ke liye logo ki gardane falange
albatta agar imam bhi khutba ko nahi gaya hai aur aage jagah baki hai
to aage ja sakta hai aur agar khutba
Khutba ka bayan –
shuru hone ke bad masjid me aaya to masjid ke kinare hi baith jaye khutba sunne ki halat me do jano baithe
jaise namaz me baithte hai badshah islam ki aesi tarif jo usme na ho haram hai maslan malik raqabal amam
ke ye mehaz jhuth aur haram hai khutba me ayat na padhna
ya dono khutbon ke darmiyan jalsa na karna
khutba padhne me baat karna makrooh hai albatta agar khatib
ne naik baat ka huqm diya ya buri baat se
mana kiya to usme harz nahi arbi ke siwa kisi dusri jaban
me khutba padhna ya arbi ke sath dusri jaban
khutba me milana khilaf sunnat matwarsa hai yun hi
khutba me ashaar padhna bhi na chahiye agar bhale hi
arbi ke hi ho haan do ek shaair [and nisha ke agar kabhi padh le to harz nahi.
(5) Shart jamaat hai –
Yani imam ke alawa kam se kam 3 mard hone chahiye warna
jumma na hoga agar 3 gulam ya musafir ya
bimar ya gunge ya anpadh muktadi ho to jumma ho jayega aur agar sirf auratein ya bachhe ho to nahi.
(6) Shart azan aam –
Iska ye matlab hai ke masjid ka darwaja khol diya jaye taki jis musalman ka
ji chahe aaye kisi ki rok-tok na ho
agar jame masjid me jab log jama ho gaye darwaja band karke
jumma padha jumma na ho aurton ko agar
masjid jama se roka jaye to azan aam ke khilaf na hoga ke unke
aane me khauf fitna hai jumma wazib hone ke
liye 11 shartein hai inme se agar ek bhi na payi gayi to farz nahi
fir bhi agar padhega to ho jayega balki mard
aaqil balig ke liye jumma padhna afzal hai aur aurat ke liye zuhar afzal.
11 sharton ke bare me aaiye jane…
- Shahar me makeem hona.
- Sehat yani mareez par jumma farz nahi mareez se murad voh hai
- ke masjid jumma tak na ja sakta ho ya
- chala to jayega magar marz badh jayega ya der me achha hoga
- Azad hona , gulam par farz nahi aur uska aaqa mana kar sakta hai naukar aur mazdur ko jumma padhne se nah rok sakte albatta agar jama masjid dur hia to
- jitna harz ho uski mazduri me kam kar sakta hai aur mazdur uska mutalba bhi nahi kar sakta hai
- Aurat par jumma farz nahi sirf mard par hai
- Balig hona
- Aaqil hona ye dono shartein khas jumma ke liye nahi balki har
- ibadat ke wazib hone ke liye aqal vo balug shart hai
Shartein jumma ki –
- Ankhiyar hona andhe par jumma farz nahi magar us andhe par farz hai jo shahar ki tamam gali kuchon me bila takalluf firta hai aur bila puchhe aur bila madadgar ke jis masjid me chahe pahunch jata hai.
- Chalne par qadir hona yani apahiz par jumma farz nahi lekin
- aesa langda jo masjid tak ja sakta hai uspar jumma farz hai.
- Qaid me na hona yani qaidi par jumma farz nahi lekin
- agar kisi deen ki wajah se qaid kiya gaya aur maaldar hai
- yani ada kar sakta hai to us par farz hai.
- Khauf na hona agar badshah ya chor vagirah kisi zalim ka dar hai
- ya muflis karzdar ko qaid hone ka dar hai to us par farz nahi.
- Aandhi ya pani ya ole ya sardi ka na hona yani ye chizein agar itni
- sakhkt hai ke unse nuksan ka khauf ho to jumma farz nahi.
Jumma ka bayan –
Jumma ki imamat har voh mard kar sakta hai jo aur namazon me imam ho sakta ho agar bhale uspar jumma
farz na ho jaise mareez , musafir , gulam yani jabki sultan islam
ya uska nayeb ya jisko usne ijazat di bimar ho
ya musafir to ye sab namaz jumma padha sakte hai ya unhein
teeno ne kisi mareez ya musafir ya gulam ya
kisi layeq imamat ko ijazat di ho jis par jumma farz hai use
shahar me jumma ho jane se pehle zuhar padhna
makrooh tehrimi hai.mareez ya musafir ya qaidi ya koi aur jis par
jumma farz nahi un logo ko bhi jumma ke
din shahar me jamaat ke sath zuhar padhna makrooh tehrimi hai khawa jumma hone se pehle jamaat kare ya
bad me yun hi jinhein jumma na mila voh vhi bagir azan aur aqamat zuhar ki namaz tanha-tanha padhe
jamaat unke liye bhi mana hai olmaye farmate hai jin masjidon
me jumma nahi hota unhein jumma ke din
zuhar ke waqt band rakhe gaaon me jumma ke din bhi zuhar ki
namaz azan aur aqamat ke sath ba-jamaat
padhe namaz jumma ke liye pehle se jana aur miswak karna aur
achhe aur safed kapde pehanna aur oil aur
khushboo lagana aur pehli saf me baithna mustahab hai aur gusl sunnat hai.
Khutba jumma ke alawa aur khutbon ka sunna bhi wazib hai
jaise eidain aur nikah vagirah ka khutba…
Khutbe ke masail – Jumma ka bayan –
Jab imam khutbake liye khada ho us waqt se khatam namaz tak namaz aur azkaar aur har qism ka kalam
mana hai jo chizein namaz me haram hai jaise khana-peena
salam aur jawab vagirah ye sab khutba ki halat
me bhi haram hai yahan tak ke amar bil-maruf haan khatib
amar bil-maruf kar sakta hai jab khutba padhe to
tamam hazreen par sunna aur chup rehna farz hai jo log imam
se dur ho ke khutba ki aawaz un tak nahi
pahunchti unhien bhi chup rehna wazib hai agar kisi ko buri baat karte
dekhe to hath ya sar ke ishara se mana
kar sakte hai jaban se na-jayez hai khutba sunne ki halat me dekha ke andha kuwe me gira chahta hai ya kisi
ko bichhu vagirah katna chahta hai to jaban se kah sakte hai
agar ishara ya dabane se bata sake to is surat me
bhi jaban se kehne ki ijazat nahi khatib ne musalmano ke liye dua ki to sameen ko hath uthana ya ameen
kehna mana hai agar aesa karenge to gunahgar honge khutba me durood sharif padhte waqt khatib ka left-
right munh karna bidat hai.
Huzur aqdas sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka name pak khatib ne liya to
hazreen dil me durood sharif padhe
jaban se padhne ki us waqt izajat nahi yun hi sahaba karam ke zikr par us waqt radiallahu anhum jaban se kehne ki izajat nahi.
